The best way to promote a good book is to get it into the hands of the right readers. Get that first thousand readers, then the next thousand readers…
One of the easiest and fastest ways to build a readership is by discounting your ebook and running a promotion.
Everyone loves a sale—but building your audience is not quite as simple as just knocking down the price and waiting for the crowds to show up.
In this webinar, you’ll learn the key variables that affect your book promotion: price, timing, and promotion to the right readers
You’ll learn how to set up a promotion that leads to continued, elevated sales long after the price resets. And we’ll cover multiple approaches for different size budgets, from basically free to big-ticket options like BookBub.
What We’ll Cover
In a fast-paced 75 minutes, we’ll cover the fundamentals of effective book promotions:
- Pricing and timing for discounts: how low do you go, for how long?
- Promotion sites: from the small sites to the biggest, BookBub
- Other ways to send people to your discounted book
Because time is limited, we will not cover free book promotions and promoting fiction series. We will also focus exclusively on discounting ebooks, rather than print books.
Bring your question and curiosity, and learn how to get your book in front of hundreds, or thousands, of its best readers!
